Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. About LineApp and these Terms
LineApp is a public website for discovering artists, concerts, venues and ticket links, together with an optional personal account service. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website, your account, music-service connections, followed artists, saved events, notification locations, email notifications and other features that LineApp makes available.
LineApp is not an event organiser, performer, venue, ticket seller or payment provider unless a page expressly identifies it as such.
2. Acceptance and changes
By visiting or using LineApp, creating an account or using an account feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant part of the service.
We may update these Terms when the service, law or our processing practices change. The current version and its date are published on this page. If a change materially affects account users, we will use a reasonable notice method where required. Continued use after the effective date means that the updated Terms apply, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in your country. LineApp is not directed to children under 16, or the higher minimum age required by local law. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Protect your password, verification links and other credentials, do not share them, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Personal account features
An account may let you follow artists, save events, choose one or more notification locations, select permanent or date-limited locations, manage notification preferences, change your password and manage supported external connections.
Following, saving and notification settings are personal preferences. They do not reserve a ticket, guarantee an event, create a relationship with an artist or venue, or guarantee that every matching event will be found or delivered. We may combine notifications when several followed artists appear at the same event. You can change or remove these settings from your account where the feature is available.
5. Google, Spotify and YouTube Music connections
You may sign in with Google or connect supported music services such as Spotify and YouTube Music. You choose whether to authorise an external provider and will see the requested permissions on that provider’s consent screen. LineApp does not receive your external provider password.
At present, Spotify synchronisation can use the account and artist information returned under the displayed permissions, including followed artists and Top Artists. YouTube Music synchronisation reads the authorised YouTube channel and subscriptions to compare subscribed channel URLs with artist channels in the LineApp catalogue. These integrations are read-only from LineApp’s perspective: LineApp does not edit your videos, subscriptions, follows, comments or other provider content.
Information received from Google APIs is used to provide the user-facing feature described here and is handled consistently with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
External providers may change their APIs, permissions or availability. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to your use of those services. You may disconnect a service in LineApp and may also revoke LineApp’s access in the provider’s account settings. Disconnecting removes the associated connection and recommendations stored by LineApp; it may not erase records that must be retained for legal, security or backup purposes.
6. Events, artists, venues and ticket information
LineApp aggregates and organises event, artist, venue, image, timetable, lineup and ticket information from partners, public sources and editorial or automated cataloguing processes. Information may be incomplete, delayed, changed by an organiser or provider, or contain errors. Check the organiser or ticket provider before travelling or purchasing.
Ticket links may use LineApp’s redirect or affiliate-link service. LineApp does not process the ticket purchase, set the ticket provider’s price or guarantee inventory, admission, refunds, event continuation or transaction security. Any purchase or account made on a third-party site is governed by that provider’s terms, privacy notice and refund rules. A referral fee may be payable to LineApp without changing the price shown to you.
7. Acceptable use
You may use LineApp only lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, partners or rights holders. You must not:
- use the service to commit fraud, harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
- upload, transmit or link to malware, unlawful material, material that infringes rights, or content that violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, bulk-download, republish or commercially exploit the catalogue or service without written permission, except where a law expressly permits it;
- bypass rate limits, access controls, security measures or provider restrictions, or test the service in a way that creates unreasonable load;
- modify, decrypt, disassemble, decompile, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the service, except where a mandatory law expressly permits it;
- use an integration or email link to make an unauthorised change to an external account, send spam or interfere with another user’s choices.
8. Intellectual property and catalogue data
LineApp and its licensors retain rights in the website software, design, layout, branding, original text, selection and arrangement of catalogue data, and other material created or licensed for LineApp. Names, logos, images, recordings, biographies, event information and other partner material remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the service for personal, lawful and non-commercial use. You may not copy or republish substantial portions of the catalogue, remove rights notices, create a competing database from the service, or use LineApp branding without permission.
9. Feedback and corrections
Some LineApp features or support channels may allow you to send feedback, corrections, links or other material. Do not submit confidential information unless we specifically request it. You remain responsible for what you submit and for having the permissions needed to submit it.
Feedback, ideas, improvements, suggestions and corrections are non-confidential unless we expressly agree otherwise. You grant LineApp a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, copy, adapt, publish and redistribute that feedback for lawful purposes without attribution or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of copyright in an image, text or other material submitted for publication and does not override applicable privacy obligations.
10. Specific Provisions Regarding Content Publication
Where a LineApp feature permits it, you may submit, post, share, display or otherwise make available comments, reviews, links, materials, ideas, images, opinions, messages and other information. Catalogue material may also be supplied by artists, organisers, venues, ticket providers, partners, licensors, public sources or automated and editorial processes. The person or organisation that submits, supplies or controls material remains responsible for its source, accuracy, lawfulness and the permissions required for its publication.
LineApp generally acts as a catalogue and linking service. We do not originate or endorse user, provider, partner or other third-party material and do not undertake to monitor or pre-screen everything made available through the service. This description does not limit any duty or liability imposed on LineApp by mandatory law.
You are solely responsible for material published through your profile or submitted using your account credentials. A provider, partner or other source remains responsible for material it supplies or arranges to publish, including the rights and permissions for images, logos, names, likenesses, biographies and other content.
LineApp may rely on information and permissions supplied by a provider, partner or other source unless we have reason to know that they are inaccurate or unlawful. That reliance does not prevent us from correcting, restricting or removing material when appropriate or required.
By submitting, posting, uploading, linking to or arranging the publication of material, you represent, warrant and agree that:
- you own or control, or have obtained, all rights, licences, permissions and consents needed for the material and its publication, including rights relating to copyright, trademarks, images, likeness, privacy, publicity, moral rights and personal data; you are responsible for royalties, fees and other payments owed to third parties;
- the material and its publication comply with these Terms, applicable law and your contractual obligations, and do not knowingly contain false or misleading information presented as fact;
- you will not submit, publish, link to or distribute material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, racist, intolerant, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;
- you will not submit or link to material that depicts or promotes excessive or graphic violence, physical harm, threats, sexual exploitation, adult content, self-harm, dangerous wrongdoing, malware, phishing or other conduct that may put people or systems at risk;
- you grant LineApp a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence, with the right to sublicense to service providers, to host, store, reproduce, adapt, resize, translate, format, cache, index, display, distribute and otherwise use the material and related metadata only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve and promote the service and to make it available in different technical formats. You retain ownership of your underlying rights; the licence continues for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution and records reasonably required after removal.
LineApp may, where reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection or legal compliance, investigate a report, preserve relevant material, restrict or remove access, suspend an account, or disclose information to a competent authority. Repeated or serious rights violations may result in suspension or termination. We may correct attribution, disable a link or ask a source to correct material. We are not required to monitor all material or to identify every violation before it is reported or otherwise detected.
11. Copyright and other rights complaints
If you believe that material displayed by LineApp infringes your copyright or another protected right, contact [email protected]. A copyright notice should include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or an authorised agent; (b) identification of the protected work or right; (c) the exact material or URL at issue; (d) your name, address, telephone number and email address; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law; and (f) a statement that the information is accurate and, where required for the applicable procedure, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder, made under penalty of perjury.
A notice about another protected right should identify the right, the material, the basis for the complaint and the action requested. If you act for someone else, include evidence of your authority. There is no charge for submitting a notice. We may request additional information, contact the uploader, provider or source, correct attribution, restrict access, disable a link, remove material or preserve it while investigating. Where applicable law provides for a response or counter-notice, we may consider it before restoring material.
Rights holders and sources are encouraged to contact LineApp first so that the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected, attributed, disabled or removed without litigation. To the extent permitted by law, the parties should make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue informally before starting court proceedings. This does not waive a mandatory procedure, statutory deadline, regulatory complaint, urgent injunctive remedy or any other right that cannot lawfully be waived. Knowingly false or misleading notices may have legal consequences.
12. Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Policy explains what personal data LineApp processes, why it is processed, who may receive it, how long it is retained and which rights may apply. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage, cookies and similar technologies. Where a separate consent is required, using the website is not a substitute for that consent.
13. Third-party services and links
The service may rely on or link to Google, Spotify, YouTube, reCAPTCHA, map and geolocation providers, hosting and delivery providers, ticket platforms, payment providers or other third parties. LineApp does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, data practices or terms. Review the relevant third-party documents before using an external service.
14. Availability and changes to the service
LineApp is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, integrations, catalogue areas or notification formats, including when a partner API or data source changes. We will take reasonable steps to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently compatible operation.
15. Suspension, termination and account closure
You may stop using LineApp at any time and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. You can disconnect supported integrations and manage subscriptions and saved events through the available account controls.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, non-payment of an applicable service charge, legal compliance, protection of rights, or a material breach of these Terms. On closure, access to account preferences, recommendations, follows, saved events and notification history may end. Retention after closure is described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineApp is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the catalogue, event dates, lineups, venues, images, ticket availability, recommendations, integrations or notifications are complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, secure or suitable for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the service, its servers, its content or emails sent from or on behalf of LineApp are free from viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, time bombs or other harmful components, or that errors will be corrected.
You remain responsible for checking important event and ticket information with the organiser or provider. LineApp is not an emergency, medical, financial or professional advisory service. Mandatory consumer, statutory warranty and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
17. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LineApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, travel costs, ticket costs or loss caused by a third-party service, event change or transaction outside LineApp’s control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights that mandatory consumer law gives you. Any remaining limitation must be interpreted only to the extent permitted in the jurisdiction that applies to the claim.
18. Indemnity where permitted by law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless LineApp, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors and service providers from reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and legal costs arising directly from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the service, material infringement of another person’s rights, or material you submit, publish, link to or arrange to be published. This includes claims relating to missing copyright, trademark, image, likeness, privacy, publicity or data permissions, prohibited material, unpaid royalties or your violation of a third-party service’s terms.
This obligation applies only to the extent caused by your acts or omissions and does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by LineApp’s own unlawful conduct or cannot be imposed under mandatory law. LineApp will give reasonable notice of a claim where practicable and will not agree to a settlement that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, except where necessary to protect a person, right or service.
19. Applicable law and disputes
Unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any judicial dispute concerning these Terms or the service shall be brought before the competent courts of Georgia at the registered location of the service operator. Nothing here removes a consumer’s right to bring a claim under mandatory local law, to use a mandatory out-of-court or regulatory procedure, or to seek urgent relief from a court that mandatory law makes competent.
20. General provisions, contact and notices
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any feature-specific terms displayed when you use a feature, form the agreement between you and LineApp concerning the service and replace earlier terms on the same subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Questions about these Terms, legal notices and rights complaints may be sent to [email protected]. We may send account and service notices to the email address associated with your account or display them in the service.
