THE ALLERGIES are returning to The Barrel House, and Totnes is gearing up for another unforgettable night.
Once again, the dynamic DJ duo will be racing down from Bristol, crates packed with their trademark stash of explosive 45s, each one primed to ignite the dance floor from the moment the needle drops.
Known for their high-energy sets and deep-digging love of vintage grooves, The Allergies have a rare talent for stitching together fiery funk, sizzling soul, and the hottest party hip-hop on wax. Their shows are much more than DJ sets, they’re full-throttle celebrations of rhythm, energy, and the joyful chaos of a packed-out dance floor moving as one. Whether you’re a soul aficionado, a breakbeat addict, or just craving a night of pure feel-good music, this is where you need to be.
As Craig Charles of BBC 6 Music puts it:
“The Allergies are neck-deep in the world of scratchy samples… This is truly funk and soul for the 21st century!”
Let’s make it another night to remember. Let’s go!
