Milking The Goatmachine is a German deathgrind band known for their unique blend of grindcore, thrash, and death metal elements. The band was formed in 2008 by two members who go by the pseudonyms Goatfreed Udder and Goatleeb Udder. They hail from the fictional planet Goateborg, where all creatures exhibit goat-like behavior and appearance, and they claim to have come to Earth to spread the word of Goatgrind.

Their debut album, “Back From The Goats,” was released in 2009 under Anstalt Records, a sublabel of Nuclear Blast. Since then, Milking The Goatmachine has released several albums, with their latest being “Neue Platte,” which came out on August 18, 2023, and reached number 55 in the German album charts. The band’s lineup for studio recordings primarily consists of Goatfreed Udder on guitar and bass, and Goatleeb Udder handling vocals, drums, and additional guitar and bass parts. For live performances, they are joined by Steve Shedaway on bass and Lazarus Hoove on guitar.

Milking The Goatmachine is known for their theatrical live shows, where they perform wearing goat masks, adding to their distinctive and entertaining stage presence. Their music and performances are a testament to their creativity and sense of humor, making them a standout act in the deathgrind genre.
