Lit is a Californian rock band formed in 1995. It consists of A. Jay Popoff as lead vocalist, Jeremy Popoff as lead guitarist and backing vocalist, and Kevin Baldes as bassist backing vocalist. The band is best known for its 1999 hit single “My Own Worst Enemy”.
