SASAMI

Sasami Ashworth (born 1991), known mononymously as Sasami (stylized as SASAMI), is an American classically trained singer-songwriter, composer, producer, arranger, multi instrumentalist, and music teacher.

She is based in the greater Los Angeles area and is a 2012 graduate of the Eastman School of Music. Perhaps best known for her time spent as the keyboardist for the band Cherry Glazerr, she has also contributed French horn, keyboards, guitar and arrangements to a number of records by other artists – including Avi Buffalo and Wild Nothing – as well as having scored for various films and commercial projects. She made her solo debut as a songwriter with the track “Callous” in April 2018.
