Shimshai is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has been recording and performing since the late 1990s. In the 2010s, his wife Susana Hernandez Cook began singing with him on stage. They released their first duo album, La ventana in 2013. The couple live in California with their two children, Adrian and Zahara.
