Professionally known as Morgan Saint, Morgan Leigh Gildersleeve is a singer-songwriter from Long Island, New York. She has been compared to Lorde, Broods and Banks. Her genre comprises of dream pop. Interestingly, she used to have long blonde hair.

Morgan studied piano for eight years and taught herself to play the guitar, privately writing songs during high school and writing poetry in college. She majored in illustration with a focus on photography and graphic design at Parsons the New School for Design in New York City, graduating in 2016.

Collaborating with Cass Dillon, she released her first EP 17 Hero in October, 2017 preceded by singles “You” and “Glass House”. The track “Just Friends” was also released as a single and its accompanying video was directed by Morgan herself. She performed this track on Conan.

She planned to release an album in 2018 consisting of all the entire 17 Hero EP and eight new tracks. However, these eight tracks ended up as the Alien EP. The first single from the EP was “On Fire.”
