Dagny Norvoll Sandvik is a Norwegian singer/songwriter. The daughter of a jazz guitarist/composer and jazz singer, she relocated to London in her twenties and released her debut single, “Backbeat” in September of 2015. It quickly became a streaming hit, garnering half a million plays in its first week and millions more in the months that followed. Her debut EP Ultraviolet was released on September 2, 2016. 2017 saw the release of two singles, “Wearing Nothing” and “Love You Like That”, alongside live shows supporting dream-pop band LANY and headline shows in Norway, London and Dublin. Her long-awaited debut album is expected this year, and will feature songs teased live such as “Bullet”, “Let It Rain” and “Closer”.
