Before turning 17, Mexican actress and singer Dulce María had appeared on a host of advertisements, TV shows, and movies, as well as being a member of musical outfits KIDS, D&D, and Jeans. Her big break came in 2004 with Rebelde and RBD, the hit TV series and its derived teen-pop band that went on to achieve worldwide stardom. After RBD called it quits, Dulce María launched a successful solo career with Extranjera (2010), followed by Sin fronteras (2014) and DM (2017).
