British folk singer-songwriter from Derby who also plays guitar, ukulele and concertina.

In 2009 she reached the final of the BBC Young Folk Award and won the Horizon award for best newcomer at the 2012 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and has been nominated for “Folk Singer of the Year” at the 2014 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
