An Icon Returns

ops:x welcomes one of the most transformative voices in electronic music: Nightmares on Wax. A true architect of downtempo, soul-soaked grooves, and smoke-hazed beat culture, N.O.W has spent decades shaping the global soundscape with warmth, depth, and unmistakable feel. His sets are journeys, blending funk, dub, soul, and left-field electronica with an ease only a master can command.

For one special night, he brings that signature N.O.W magic to ops:x, inviting you into a world of deep rhythms, head-nodding bliss, and timeless energy. This isn’t just a show, it’s a moment with a pioneer whose influence continues to echo across generations. Joined by Naarm legend, Colette.
